I would like a captain. I understand that my captain is an independent contractor at a base rate of $60/hr (plus tips), payable to the captain directly on the day of booking.

Gas & Launch Fee

10% Gas and Launch fee
Covers fuel and boat launch — 10% of your total booking, added at checkout.I will return the boat free of trash and reasonably clean. Excessive trash or food left on board will incur a cleaning charge.

Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that boating and water activities carry inherent risks, including serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks and release Tahoe Adventure Rentals, its owners, operators, and crew from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from my participation, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I have read and accept the liability waiver.

Non-Dispute Clause

I agree not to file a chargeback or dispute credit card charges from Tahoe Adventure Rentals for services rendered, except in cases of fraud or unauthorized use. Any billing concerns will be resolved directly with the company.
